Dennis A. Hodge is a Howard County, Maryland attorney who specializes in personal injury, workers’ compensation, wills and trust law, estate probating, Caveat to Will, business law, forming Incorporation, Limited Liability Companies. real estate law, landlord tenant disputes, personal matters and domestic law. After law school, he worked for a construction company as house counsel with his primary focus on construction law and contracts. After three years of experience as house counsel, he entered into private practice in Baltimore County, Maryland in 1981. Subsequently, he moved his law office to 8298 Main Street in Historic Ellicott City, Maryland. He is entering into his 35th year in private practice. He has been a real estate developer in Howard County and Somerset County involved in subdivisions process and residential development.

Mr. Hodge is married to Jean L. Hodge and they have three children. The eldest is Jennifer Hodge, is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of Maryland.  She seeking an additional license in counseling. Jacklyn Hodge-Mueller is a elementary teacher in Howard County, Maryland. She is a graduate of Hood College and has recently completed her Master’s Degree at Loyal College in Educational Technology. Lastly, Brenden Hodge is a graduate of McDaniel College and a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. Brenden is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and currently an associate attorney for a Harford County law firm, Maryland.


Mr. Hodge’s interests include physical fitness, running, weight lifting, soccer and golf. He has been an instructor at Nam’s Tae Kwon Do (Korean marital arts). Mr. Hodge has coached little league baseball, girls fast pitch softball and girls and boys basketball. He has been involved with his church as the acting president and council member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. He is a member of the Board of The Patapsco Heritage Greenway which is dedicated to the preservation of the Patapsco Valley.
